"Inspired by J. Howard Miller's 'Rosie the Riveter' and Disney's 'Cinderella'. The "Princess Syndrome" is one of the gender problems we are facing nowadays because we are making our girls vulnerable and fragile by influencing them through fairy tales and Disney's princess movies whose messages might be dangerous, from unreal ideals to self-esteem issues. Our present and future don't need helpless princesses anymore, they need brilliant and courageous women. Parents: let's raise and guide our little girls walk through life with courage, wisdom and strength. We can do it!" -Edith

A collection of designs inspired by the iconic “We Can Do It” poster of the 1940's - one of the most famous posters of the last 100 years that has remained in the zeitgeist and whose message of equality and worker empowerment is still quite relevant today. Our new collection of designs depict and celebrate modern-day workers (women and men alike) who keep the country running and rarely receive the recognition they deserve.
